At Eden Luxe, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@edenluxe.ca with the following:

A clear photo of the damaged item(s)

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they’ve been processed. If you have a concern, please email us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate you if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
